Naturopathic Medicine

Dr Hinchey is now an IN-NETWORK provider for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Connecticare, Cigna, Aetna, Health Net, United HealthCare, Oxford, and Golden Rule. If you have another insurance carrier with out of OUT-OF-NETWORK benefits, we will provide you with the 1500 Health Insurance claim form needed to send to your provider for reimbursement. .

As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your benefits with your insurance carrier and directly submit all IN-NETWORK claims to your insurance company. It is ultimately the patients responsibility to know the extent of their benefits and any denied claims are the responsibility of the patient.

Payment of co-payment/co-insurance and cash patients must be made at the time of the appointment. Upon cancellation, a notice of 48 hours must be given or patients will be charged in full for scheduled appointments. Should collection action be required, a collection fee of 15% of the outstanding balance will be assessed.


Massage Therapy & Acupuncture

Currently we do not accept assignment from insurance companies for massage therapy or acupuncture. We will provide you with the proper 1500 claim form if your insurance covers either.
